A school is not just a building, boards, desks, benches, or books. A school is a journey, a bundle of memories, and most importantly, a base that builds us into wonderful human beings. Integration of Art, Design Thinking, XSEED Education, Google for Education, Sports Academy, practical application of Multiple Intelligences and contemporary teaching process— these are a few of the steps that have helped BTGS to ascend to the highest rank in Chhattisgarh.
The session 2023-24 added a new feather to its glory–The Leader In Me Programme. This extensive programme is designed to help students and teachers discover the leaders within themselves. Along with the students, the entire staff members took an oath to follow seven habits of highly effective people, as compiled by American educator Stephen Richard Covey and chose the path of improving their lives most efficiently. On 28 June 2023, Brahmavid the Global School witnessed the grand launching ceremony of the Leader in Me programme, where the teachers took charge of generating awareness on leadership and changing the common paradigms to highly effective ones.
BTGS is the pioneer school in the state of Chhattisgarh to implement this innovative program. Live Life Education which is the official international partner of Franklin Covey Education, USA is hand-holding BTGS into the Leader In Me program.
Leader in Me is an evidence-based, comprehensive model that builds leadership and life skills in students, creates a high-trust school culture, and lays the foundation for sustained academic achievement.

Dr. Kannan Gireesh founder of Live Life Education conducted an extensive 4-day training for the entire staff of BTGS. This training was the formal commencement of the program and will help the school implement the Leader In Me program and will help the school to implement Leader In Me program effectively in the school with the students, and work towards becoming a lighthouse school in the coming years.
